摘要基片集成波导是一种新型的类似于矩形波导、高Q值、低损耗集成导波结构,并且能方便的实现与微带线、共面波导等平面传输线的集成,且易于加工和设计,可以广泛的应用在微波毫米波集成电路中。本文介绍了基片集成波导的传播特性,利用HFSS软件设计仿真了弯曲介质的基片集成波导及其滤波器等无源器件,验证了基片集成波导作为毫米波传输线的优良性能,并研究了制作在弯曲介质上的基片集成波导及其滤波器的电磁特性变化。64873

Title Electromagnetic characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide in a flexible printed circuit board and it’s filters
Abstract
SIW is a new type of integrated waveguide structure,which is similar to rectangular waveguide, high Q and low-loss.And it can be easily integrated with microstrip or coplanar waveguide.It also can be easily designed and processed so that it can be widely implemented in microwave as well as millimeter wave integrated circuits.This article describes propagation characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide.Substrate integrated waveguide in a flexible printed circuit board and it’s filters and other passive components are simulated by HFSS.The results show that SIW is one kind of millimeter transmission line with good performance.I studied electromagnetic characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide in a flexible printed circuit board and it’s filters.
