摘 要：传统模式下管理学生宿舍存在许多缺点,如：宿管阿姨手工登记学生信息效率非常的低；数据比较庞大不便于查找、更新和维护等。针对上述问题，本文采用visual studio2008进行开发、用SQL2008来存储数据，设计开发了学生宿舍管理系统。所设计的系统他们的功能模块主要是：入住学生信息的查询和管理、寝室管理、来访登记、维修记录等。学生的功能模块主要是：查询寝室卫生；能通过留言板和值班老师交流，得到相应答复,可以提交维修信息。随着计算机科学日渐成熟, 使用日趋成熟的计算机技术来代替传统的人工模式，来实现学生宿舍管理的现代化,已经成为一种趋势。首先效率非常的高、数据也不容易丢失、易于查找各种信息、保密性也是非常的好、还可以储存非常多的数据、也易于修改数据等等…这些优点能够极大地提高对学生宿舍管理的效率,也是学校的科学化、正规化管理的重要条件。现代社会提倡无纸化办公，宿舍管理系统可以降低对纸张的消耗，降低成本。66033

Abstract：Traditional student's dormitory management has many drawbacks, including the very low efficiency of Wardens aunt registering students' information; quite large datum which are not easy to find, update and maintain. In order to solve these problems, we use the visual studio2008 to develop this system, uses SQL2008 to store datum, The function modules of this system include query and manage student information; the management of dormitory; the visitor registration and the records of maintenance and so on. The main function modules of the students include querying domitory hygiene, communicating with the teacher who is on duty via message board, so as to getting the corresponding reply that can be submitted for repair information. Along with the development of computer science, using the mature computer technology instead of the traditional manual mode to realize the modernization of the students' dormitory management , has become a trend. First, it is more efficient, the data is not easy to lost and become easy to find all kinds of information. In additon, it is more confidential and it's convenient to store and modify the datum and so on. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of student's dormitory management. This system is also the important condition of school's scientific and standardized management. Nowadays morden society advocates the paperless office, dormitory management system can also reduce paper consumption and costs.
