在现有的农地整治绩效影响因素研究中，学者们主要将目光锁定在农户的个人特征、农户的家庭特征、其对农地整治的了解程度等，鲜有农户视角下的农地整治项目绩效影响因素的理论分析。总体而言，以定性方法开展的影响因素分析居多，虽然开始有部分学者采用障碍度模型、主成分分析等进行定量分析的探索，但采用定量方法进行诊断的研究目前仍较少。
