摘 要：老子文化是我国思想文化的集大成思想，老子的智慧被广泛应用于社会生活的各个方面，当然老子文化也能解决当代大学生就业心理的问题，而当代大学生就业心理的问题成为社会大众广泛关注的一个热切问题。本文立足于对老子文化的研究来解决当代大学生在就业方面的心理问题，以探讨老子文化对现今社会大学生就业的重要作用和现实意义。老子文化中蕴含了很多的智慧，教我们如何对待社会工作和人际关系，大学生从学校的象牙塔里踏进社会必然会经历一些从未遇到的困境，而老子文化却恰恰能够为大学生提供这种应对就业工作的智慧。大学生在现今这个高速发展的社会里一定要学会守住正确的就业心理才能在就业工作中收获成功，实现自己的人生价值。38873

Abstract:The culture of Lao tze is the crest of Chinese historiography thought culture, Lao tze's wisdom is widely applied to every aspect of social life, The culture of Lao tze, of course, also can solve the contemporary university students' employment psychological problems, and the contemporary university students' employment psychological problems become a keen problem widely concerned by the public. Based on the study of the culture of Lao tze, we can solve the psychological problems of contemporary college students in employment and discuss the culture of Lao tze in modern society the important role of college students' employment and realistic significance. The culture of Lao tze contains a lot of wisdom to teach us how to treat and interpersonal relationships. College student from the school of ivory tower into social problems will encounter difficulties which they have never met，but the culture of Lao tze has just can provide the response to the wisdom of the employment for college students. Nowadays college students in the rapid development of society must learn to hold the correct employment psychological to gain success in the employment work, realize their life values.
