摘要:LED作为一种绿色光源,其发展和应用越来越受到散热问题的约束。尤其对于大功率LED,散热问题已成为极其重要的问题,而散热分析需要借助ANSYS来完成。
针对LED热分析的特点,为了实现操作程序化、可视化、简洁化和通用化,利用UIDL设计出LED射灯的分析界面。定制主菜单,包括几何模型、材料定义、载荷和边界条件以及加载和显示。为了实现菜单项的功能,利用APDL对LED射灯几何模型及物理参数进行设定。
针对特定的LED射灯,利用所编程序完成了对四种不同基板材料的对比研究。通过分析各个模型的温度分布,在所选基板材料中,找到了使结温和热阻最低的材料—— 。
最后,提出新式改进方案——液体对流散热壳。经过从新式散热壳I到III的改进,最后设计出兼具光学和热力学优势的新式散热壳III。19587

Title Secondary Development and Application of ANSYS Base on APDL and UIDL-- Indoor LED Spotlight Thermal Analysis
Abstract
As a kind of green light source,development and application of LED technology is troubled by heat dissipation. Especially for high-power LED, the heat dissipation has become an extremely important issue. And thermal analysis needs the software of ANSYS.
Considering the characteristic of LED thermal analysis, and in order to achieve the operation sequencing, visual, simple and universal, I design a main menu including geometrical model, material definition, load and boundary, load and display. In order to achieve the function of the menu item, I set the parameters of geometric model and physical property by APDL.
For a certain type of LED, I completed the comparative study of four kinds of substrate materials by using the program of mine. I found the material which makes the lowest of junction temperature and thermal resistance.
Finally, I propose a new scheme which has the advantage of optical and thermodynamic at the same time.
