摘要:LED灯丝光源是具有 360°全发光、无频闪、无蓝光泄出、低热、长寿命、缓衰减等特性的新一代LED照明新光源。由于LED灯丝灯是目前与白炽灯最为接近的LED照明产品,加之全角度发光、不需透镜以及可以利用白炽灯的生产线等特点,如果解决了散热和成本问题,在当今怀旧复古风潮之下的替换市场中的白炽灯和节能灯将极具市场前景。但是,散热问题依旧是这种新型LED灯丝光源提高光源发光效率和可靠性的关键,也是该种半导体照明推广发展的最大障碍之一。28990
本文将利用ProE建模软件和FloEFD热模拟软件,模拟设计具有良好散热效果的LED灯丝光源结构,以便充分发挥LED灯丝的优势。

Thermal design of LED filament light source
Abstract::LED filament light source is a 360 ° full light, no stroboscopic, no blue light emission, low heat, long life, slow attenuation characteristics of a new generation of new light source LED lighting. In this paper, the LED filament light source structure with good cooling effect can be designed by using ProE modeling software and FloEFD thermal simulation software to give full play to the advantages of LED filament.
