摘要食品检测技术一直是关系到国计民生的重大项目,其中旋光法和超声法作为比较适合在实验室运用的方法,在工业生产的应用性也在不断提高。本研究选取旋光法和超声检测法两种方法进行研究,其中,以应用更加成熟的旋光法作为一参照,主要研究超声检测法测量葡萄糖浓度。30086
本论文首先对实验室使用的容器以及声速测量的两种方法之间优劣性以及交互作用进行了对比。通过对方差和相对误差的比较,选取相对较为稳定准确的仪器(标准水槽)以及测量方法(时差法)进行后续的实验。之后重点研究了声速和声衰减随葡萄糖浓度的变化规律。发现声速随葡萄糖浓度的增大而增大,且两者之间满足二次函数关系,与文献结果较为一致。而声衰减则随着葡萄糖浓度的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。

Title A comparative study of the optical rotation and ultrasonic method for measuring the concentration of optically active substances
Abstract
Food detection technology has been the major projects related to people's livelihood, the optical method and ultrasonic method is more suitable for use in the laboratory method in the application of industrial production also continues to increase. In this study, two methods of optical rotation and ultrasonic detection were studied, and the method of optical rotation was used as a reference, and the concentration of glucose was measured by ultrasonic detection.
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods of the container used in the laboratory and the measurement of sound velocity are compared. Through the comparison between the other error and relative error, the relative stability and accuracy of the instrument (standard flume) and the measurement method (Shi Chafa) were selected for the following experiments. Then, the variation of acoustic velocity and sound attenuation with the concentration of glucose was studied. It is found that the velocity of sound increases with the increase of glucose concentration, and the relationship between the two functions is consistent with the results of the literature. However, the sound attenuation increases with the increase of glucose concentration and decreases.
