摘要:EHD(electro hydrodynamic)强化沸腾换热是指在流体中施加一电场,利用电场、流场和温度场三者之间的耦合作用达到强化沸腾换热的目的。由于EHD技术具有强化效果显著、设备简单、容易控制热流和温度、功耗低、应用面广等优点,从而引起了科研人员和工程技术人员的广泛兴趣。本论文主要研究在外加电场作用下,换热系数随电场强度的变化关系,以及讨论了电场强化传热的原理和各因素对EHD强化沸腾换热的影响。利用EHD技术进行了工质R123的池内平板沸腾强化传热实验研究。在该实验中,换热面为一平板并接地作为0电极,高压电极为平行于换热面的网状电极。实验结果表明电压越高,强化效果越好。5956

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY 0F POOL BOILING HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT UNDER ELECTRIC FIELD
Abstract:EHD(electro hydrodynamic)Enhanced boiling heat transfer is refers to applying an electric field in the fluid,and uses an electric field, flow field and temperature field coupling between roles to achieve the purpose of enhanced boiling heat transfer.Because of the EHD technique has obvious strengthening effect, simple equipment,easy control of heat flow and temperature,and the advantages of low power consumption,wide application,which caused a wide interest in scientific research personnel and engineering technical personnel.This article mainly research the relationship of heat transfer coefficient along with the change of electric field intensity under the effect of applied electric field,and discusses the electric field strengthening heat transfer principle and the effects of the various factors on EHD enhancement of boiling heat transfer.The experiment study of EHD enhancement of pool boiling heat transfer from a horizontal plate with R123 was presented in this paper.A pair of parallel electrodes were used in this experiment,in which high voltage was applied on the upper straight net electrode while the lower heat transfer surface was earthed.
