摘要介绍了衍射微光学的基本理论,阐述了标量衍射理论和菲涅尔衍射积分模型,在此基础上研究了衍射微透镜的基本原理,并对微透镜的聚焦特性进行了分析。基于标量衍射理论和菲涅尔衍射积分模型,分析了一种根据衍射效率优化相位结构的微透镜设计方法,同时对衍射微透镜进行了理论设计和算法设计。在对各种优化算法的详细对比和优缺点分析的前提下,采用遗传算法(GA)对微透镜的结构参数进行优化设计。利用Matlab遗传算法工具箱优化微透镜相位分布,同时利用Matlab对优化结果进行仿真。64813

Title The Design of Binary Diffractive Microlens
Abstract Basic theory of Diffractive Micro-optics is introduced,The theory of scalar diffraction and model of the Fresnel diffraction integral are stated, based on which the basic principles of diffractive microlens are investigated, focusing properties of microlens are analyzed. On the basis of the scalar diffractive theory and Fresnel diffraction integral model, a design method of optimize the phase structure according to the diffraction efficiency is analyzed.The design of the principle and the algorithm are analyzed at the same time.By comparing the characteristics of the commonly used optimization algorithms, the genetic algorithm (GA) is applied to optimize the design.The phase distribution of microlens is optimized by genetic algorithm toolbox in Matlab,and the simulation based on Matlab is also applied to analyse the optimization results.
