摘 要:随着我国电视新闻事业的发展，受众日益增长的信息需求，媒体之间的竞争愈演愈烈。伴随着资金匮乏、技术设备差、新闻从业人员专业素养不高等原因使得地方电视台新闻节目的生存和发展受到严重威胁。呆板的节目形式、生硬的播讲风格、粗糙的节目包装、陈旧的播出设备急需革旧迎新。因此，针对新闻同质化、表象化、题材狭窄、结构失衡等方面，分析地方电视台新闻节目陷入收视率下降、受众流失、广告市场被瓜分的现状。进而提出地方电视台应该提高新闻从业人员的媒介素养，加强节目创新力度等措施，真正达到立足实际，全面打造彰显地方特色的“本土化”新闻节目，丰富新闻报道内容、创新节目形式、加快技术手段改进、完善后期包装制作，倾力打造类型多元化的精品节目来摆脱困境，为今后的前进和发展注入活力。

Predicament and development of local television news programs
Abstract: The development of journalism and people’s increasing need for information have made the media competition become fiercer and fiercer. Local TV news programs are facing the threat of existence and growth because of the insufficient fund, poor technical equipment, and poor professional quality of the news workers. The boring program form, rigid style in broadcasting, rough program packing and old broadcast equipment urgently call for reformation and innovation. Here the author analyzed the local TV problems of losing the audience, ad markets being divided, and put forward the strategies to improve the professional quality of news workers and strength the innovation to build the outstanding local news program practically. We should also enrich the contents of news report, create new form of news, and improve the technology, and perfect the packing work in the later stage to build diversified and colorful programs and inject vitality for the progress and development in the future.
