摘  要：随着电视媒体之间激烈的竞争，人们越来越开始关注新闻的传播效果，但是一些新闻记者在采访中缺乏人文关怀，不顾及受访者的心理感受，在商业利益等一系列因素的驱使下，漠视受访者的情感，践踏受访者的尊严，侵犯受访者的隐私权，忽视了采访中的人文关怀。本文从人文关怀的含义及其在新闻采访中的地位和意义入手，列举一系列采访中缺失人文关怀的现象并找出其原因，最后提出相应的策略来提升记者在采访中的人文关怀，呼吁媒体人在新闻采访中重视人文关怀的注入。4601

Analysis on the Humane Care in News Interview
    Abstract：With the fierce competition between television media, more and more people begins to concern the effect of news dissemination. However, driven by commercial interests and other reasons, some journalists lack humane care in news interview, regardless of the respondents' psychological feelings. They ignore the respondents' emotions, trample on the respondents' dignity, violate the respondents' privacy and ignore humane care in news interview. This article started from the meaning of humane care and its status and sense in news interview, listed a series of phenomena lacking humane care in news interviews and found out the reasons. The purpose of this paper is to propose appropriate strategies to enhance humane care of journalists in news interview, and to appeal to media people to pay attention to injection of humanistic care in news interview.

试论新闻采访中的人文关怀
近年来，随着科技的发展，新闻信息得以广泛传播，而新闻突发事件也需要更加准确、快速的报道，这就成为各大新闻媒体进行实力较量的一大要点，他们需要对新闻事件进行更加快速而深度的挖掘以保持自身的竞争优势。面对严峻的媒体竞争环境，大众传播媒介为了获得更好的新闻传播效果，要求记者第一时间深入事件现场进行深度调查，对事件进行全面、详尽、准确的报道。因此，记者工作便成了新闻信息传播中必不可少的中心环节。一些新闻工作者会在诱人的利益驱使下，忽视新闻采访中的人文关怀，漠视受访者的心理情感，践踏受访者的尊严，甚至违背社会伦理侵犯受访者的隐私权。媒体作为现代文明的载体，更要体现出对人性的关怀，只有重视新闻采访中的人文关怀，我们的传播环境才会更有利于媒体的发展，同时也能促进社会的和谐健康发展。
