摘要：随着央视记录片频道的开播，越来越多精彩的纪录片进入我们的视野，带给我们多方面的美好体验和优质的精神产品。尤其是2012年的《舌尖上的中国》（以下简称《舌尖》）最受好评。本文以《舌尖》为研究对象，通过文献分析法和个案研究法，以纪录片的真实为切入点，具体分析了《舌尖》真实美的体现，以美轮美奂的画面，独特到位的声音，绚丽多变的色彩，恰到好处的剪辑，平凡动人的人物故事来深化真实，打动人心。目的在于从《舌尖》国内外的成功，来分析给我国纪录片传播受众和传播方向带来的变化，为我国纪录片的创作和发展提供一定意义上的借鉴。23876

从《舌尖上的中国》看纪录片的真实美
没有纪录片能像《舌尖》一样，在热播两年后推出第二部时，仍得到观众的追捧；同样也没有纪录片像它一样，在淘宝上的同款食品搜索成交量，能像一部热播电视剧的同款服装一样火爆；《舌尖》到目前为止，在爱奇异上的播出次数达到771668678次，这也是我国其他纪录片目前不能刷新的记录；在国外影展上，《舌尖》以它精良的国际化制作水平，俘获了国外问询和购买版权者的芳心。《舌尖》是我国纪录片发展史上的里程碑，它的真实是本文研究的主题。“真实自然的效果是纪录片艺术性的集中表现，是艺术感染力和审美价值所在。”
