摘要随着中国网络信息技术的进步与民主政治的发展，微博问政作为公民政治参与的新形式，一度推动了公民公共意识的觉醒，也对我国的社会主义民主政治建设产生了积极的影响，但是由于各方面的原因如公民的素质差异性、微博平台的低门槛性、网络问政的匿名性、网络环境的复杂性等，目前我国的微博问政仍存在一定的缺陷与困境。因此，需要在其发展中不断地探索，在实践中理性、规范地引导微博问政的发展，使其走向法律化、制度化的轨道，从而将微博问政的积极作用发挥到最佳，并进一步促进我国民主社会的发展。30710

Title the research on the advantages and disadvantages and countermeasures of micro-blog politics
Abstract
With the progress of the Information Technology and the development of democratic politics, micro-blog politics has became a new form of political participation of citizens, which promoted the awakening of public awareness of citizens and had a positive impact on the socialist democratic politics construction . However, because of the quality differences of citizens , the low threshold of micro-blog platform , and the anonymous of network political participation, micro-blog politics still exists some defects . Therefore, with the development of the micro-blog politics , we need to explore and guide it normatively and rationally to follow the orbit of legalization and institutionalization,which can perform the positive effects to the best and promote the development of our democratic society.

1.1研究背景与研究意义
随着科学信息技术的发展，互联网走进千家万户的生活。越来越多的社会民众开始通过互联网这一媒介，自由地表达的自己的各种诉求与意见。尤其是微博兴起后，我国开创了一个前所未有的“微博问政”的时代。表现在一方面，人们的参政热情高涨，对于我国社会政治生活中出现的问题日益关注；另一方面，大量出现的代表各级政府官员，政协委员的政治微博，不仅促进了和谐官民关系的建设，也推进了我国行政文明建设的进步。例如2008年6月20日，胡锦涛做客人民网“强国论坛”，在线与网友交谈；2010年2月21日，胡锦涛同志在人民网上开通了自己的微博。这些党主动问政于民的表现，充分说明了党和政府积极转变执政理念，努力促使政务信息的公开化与透明化，为我国微博问政的发展提供了更为宽松的政治氛围。 浅析微博问政的利弊与对策:http://www.751com.cn/xinwen/lunwen_26574.html
