摘 要：历史跨入21世纪，文学和影视的互动也迎来了百年华诞。自影视剧出现以来, 影视剧与文学作品的互动就没有中断过。本论文就文学作品与影视剧的互动关系进行研究，以它们互动的基础为入手点，阐释二者互动的方式，如文学作品的图像化和影视剧的读本化，并在此基础上对文学作品与影视剧所产生的影响进行分析。进而引出对二者在互动过程中存在的问题的探讨，如背离原著和侵权行为的发生，并对以上问题提出合理化建议，如尊崇原著的基础上进行合理创新，增强法律意识等，以期待实现影视剧与文学作品良性、健康互动的目的。5928

The Interaction between Literary Works and Television Play
Abstract：When the history strides into the 21st century, the communication between literature and film and video welcomes the birthday of one hundred years. Since the film and television play appeared, the communication of it and literary works has never interrupted. This text researches about the interactive relationship of literary works and film and television play, and illuminates the mode of their interact by thinking of their interactive foundation as breakthrough point, for instance, the visualization of literary works and the readability of film and television play, and basing on them to analyze the influence produced by literary works and the play of film and television. And then educes the problems’ investigate which exist in their interactive process, such as the occurrence of deviating from the original and tort, and put forward rationalization proposal according to the problems. Furthermore, on the basis of the original, it should do reasonable innovations and strengthen legal consciousness and so on, which look forward to realize the purpose that the play of film and television and literary works are interacting in the way of optimum and health.

论文学作品与影视剧的互动关系
20世纪90年代以来，随着电视技术的改革与发展，电视成为了大众化的传播媒介，“以视觉为中心的文化将改变人们的感受和经验方式，从而改变人们的思文方式” ,文学作品与影视剧的互动也越来越频繁。文学作品与影视剧之间的互相改编也越来越被大众所关注。两者互动带来哪些影响及互动过程中引发的相关问题是本文所讨论的重点。
一、文学作品与影视剧互动的基础
