摘 要:鲁山县属于国家一级贫困县，位于河南省平顶山市中西部，伏牛山东麓，长期以来，该县的小学音乐教育一直处于比较落后的状态，本文通过对鲁山县五所小学的音乐教育进行调查，找出其中的弊端和问题，并对所存在的问题进行分析总结归纳。本文从鲁山县小学音乐教育的基本情况入手，分析影响鲁山县小学音乐教育发展的因素，阐述了发展鲁山县小学音乐教育的重要性，最后根据鲁山县小学音乐教育的发展现状提出建议和对策。希望通过本论文，能够引起有关部门的重视，使鲁山县的小学音乐教育得到健康发展。4750

The Investigation Report of the Current Development of the PrimarySchool Music Education of in Lushan County
Abstract:Lushan county, the first national-level poverty-stricken county, is located in the Midwest of Pingdingshan city, Henan province, lying on the eastern piedmont of the Funiu Mountain. And the primary school music education in the county has been relatively uncultivated. Take the music education of the five primary schools of Lushan county as the research subject, the paper tries to find out and analyzes the existing problems and drawbacks, and offers reasonable advice. The paper is consisted of four parts: the first one is about the general situation of the primary school music education in Lushan county; the second one is to analyze the factors which effect the development of that music education in the county; the third one discusses the importance to develop the music education there; and the fourth one is to put forward suggestions and solutions under the current circumstances of the primary school music education. It hopes to arouse relevant departments’ attention to make the music education there develop in a healthy manner.

鲁山县小学音乐教育发展现状调查报告
小学音乐教育是面向全体学生，是实现素质教育的重要途径。 因此落实音乐教学非常有必要。小学音乐课是促进儿童“德、智、体、育”全面发展的重要环节，它可以使小学生生理和心理更加成熟，更加有利于现代学生的发展。小学音乐教育在小学教育中起着非常重要的作用，它不仅能够提高小学生的基本素质也能奠定自己的艺术发展基础，更能使得到熏陶陶冶情操。因此在小学教育中应该高度重视小学音乐教育的作用。在我国小学教育当中，教育的80%以上都在农村。因此农村音乐教育的发展对音乐教育起着至关重要的作用。而鲁山县位于河南省平顶山中西部，伏牛山东麓。国家一级贫困县，多为山区以乡村为主。因此笔者认为鲁山县的小学音乐教育应该受到重视和发展。 县小学音乐教育发展现状调查报告:http://www.751com.cn/yinyue/lunwen_1537.html
