摘 要：进入21世纪后，我国社会经济建设高速发展期，国家加大教育事业的投入，教育事业快速发展。国家开始加大对基础教育的投入，中小学的教育改革也不断在深入，特别是艺术教育的课程的新改革。但是一个突出的问题出现在我们面前：提倡素质教育的今天，我们河南农村由于历史原因，在当下同城市音乐教育发展差距太大，导致整体的基础教育水平低下。分析具体原因：音乐教育观念的陈旧、师资与教材的落后、音乐教育投入不足等。因此，本文就农村中小学的音乐教育现状及中小学音乐教学开设的制约因素进行分析，旨在更好的推进农村中小学音乐教学的开展。24901

浅谈河南农村中小学音乐教学的制约与开展当前，处在改革浪潮之中的中国农村中小学音乐一直以来受到音乐界有关人士的普遍关注，因为中国农村中小学音乐教育改革一方面与音乐教学中的美育培养目标有关，更与新课程素质教育健康发展的目标密不可分，农村中小学教育的提升的程度，决定当前我国素质教育提升的程度。进入21世纪的开局之年，为了适应新时代发展的要求，我们基础教程改革的开始紧跟这次课程改革潮流，音乐教育课程改革确立了立足于当代背景下的音乐课程新理念，并随之设立了一直相对应的音乐课程总目标，其课程内容也发生了相应的变化。改革的目的是为了使我国普通音乐教育得到长足发展，力争使音乐课程总体上适应社会潮流。然而，作为素质教育最薄弱的农村却仍然蹒跚不前，未能跟上改革的步伐，造成当前一方面重视另外一方面却又衰减的情况，因此我希望通过对河南农村中小学音乐课的局限性的探究，找到良好的、有效的教学方法，旨在更好的促进中小学生音乐课的学习与了解使教师更好地上好一节课。本文将结合自身实践以及参考相关文献写出论文，希望对教学实践者有所启发。 提出音乐教学与之相关的许多制约因素，针对农村对中小学音乐教育的现状进行分析，并提出针对这些制约因素可执行的一些意见的若干设想，以期得到进一步重视和思考，为农村中小学音乐教育的改革及可持续发展贡献自己的力量。 浅谈河南农村中小学音乐教学的制约与开展:http://www.751com.cn/yinyue/lunwen_18633.html
