摘 要：中小学音乐教材循环使用的推行在今天仍被视为讨论的热点，对其教材循环使用的优缺点还是值得探讨和研究的。本论文先通过对中小学音乐教材循环使用的现状进行分析、概括，对教材循环使用存在的利与弊分别进行较为深入的研究与分析，以国家推行的“教材循环使用政策”为蓝本，结合实际情况，为其推行及应用，提出措施及意见。从节约资源、保护环境的角度加强对其的宣传、引导，完善相应的监管机制，从本质上提高中小学音乐教材循环使用的推广、应用。9772

中小学音乐教材循环使用的推行在今天仍被视为讨论的热点，在资源匮乏、环境破坏日益严重的当今社会，人们对循环经济、可持续发展的理念也在逐渐强化。在发达国家，教材循环使用已经成为传统。然而从我国上世纪80年代后期推行义务教育开始，教材使用的模式就不再单一，出现了除传统教材使用模式外的新模式---教科书循环使用，面对着中小学音乐教材循环使用所处的萌芽阶段，循环使用的利与弊成为研究的主体。为响应国家“教材循环使用”政策，中小学音乐教材循环使用的可能性和必要性是不容忽视的，但它的很多优缺点也逐渐凸显出来，可以说它是一把双刃剑。
