摘要:测试一系列的丙烯酸树脂乳液,并对其流变特性进行了研究。分别考察了稳态和动态测试条件下的影响,根据实验动态测试结果表明,随着角频率的增加,体系储能模量和损耗模量随之上升。随着固含量的增加,采用平板会导致体系的粘弹性能减弱。稳态测试结果表明,随着剪切速率的增大,体系的表观黏度随之下降,体系呈现出假塑性流体剪切稀化的流变特征。根据试验结果,制备了汽车底垫的底涂和中涂试剂,以及漆皮试剂,对几种不同的丙烯酸树脂乳液进行测试,选择最合适的丙烯酸树脂乳液。20121

Rheology test of acrylic resin emulsions
Abstract:Using the plate method to test a series of acrylic resin emulsion and rheological properties were studied. Were investigated under the influence of solid content, steady-state and dynamic test conditions, the experimental dynamic test results show that with the increase of the angular frequency of the system storage modulus and loss modulus rise. As the solids content increases, the viscoelastic properties of the system will lead to weakening. Steady-state test results show that with increasing shear rate, the apparent viscosity of the fall, the system exhibits pseudoplastic rheological fluid shear thinning characteristics. According to the results, the preparation of the car and the bottom pad primer coating agent, and Patent reagent of several different acrylic resin emulsion is tested to select the most suitable acrylic resin emulsion.
