摘  要: 本文研究是为市健美操指导员的自身发展与改善提供科学的依据，同时也为健身俱乐部管理人员招聘教练提供参考数据和解决所存在的问题。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等研究方法，对市区五所健身俱乐部健美操指导员的基本情况和工作情况进行调查和分析。研究发现市区健身房健美操指导员的整体学历普遍偏低；专业培训过少；男女比例失调；一半以上从业时间不足两年，工资低导致健美操指导员流动大；还有健美操指导员的授课创新能力和与会员的沟通能力都有待提高。建议教育部门进行课程改革鼓励男生学习健美操专业，健美操指导员要与时俱进不断地学习不断地创新，课前课后多与会员沟通。31667

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to aerobics instructor's own development and improvement to provide scientific basis, but also provide reference data for fitness club management personnel recruitment manager and solve the problems. USES the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics research methods, five health club aerobics instructor in city and the basic situation of the investigation and analysis on the working condition. Study found that city gym aerobics instructor overall degree is generally low, with less professional training, the sex ratio imbalance, more than half of working time is less than two years, low wages lead to flow is big, the aerobics instructor and teaching innovation of the aerobics instructor and with members of the channel .

   随着经济的迅速发展，生活水平逐渐提高。大家对自身的健康也越来越重视。在健身房运动健身成为现代人的一种生活方式, “花钱买健康”已成为一种时尚。随着全民健身运动的开展，市民也积极的参与，更多人投身于健身运动中，选择去健身房运动健身的人也越来越多。健美操在健身房中深受会员的亲睐，也是健身房不可缺少的操课之一。健美操在20世纪80年代初传入我国，健美操是融入音乐、体操、舞蹈、跳跃的一种新型运动项目。在我国越来越受到广大群众的喜爱,成为国民现代文明生活重要的组成部分。健身房健美操指导员是教授和推广科学健身方法,专门为广大健身消费者提供消费服务的专业人员。所以健美操指导员逐渐地成为一项高尚而又有发展的职业。
