摘 要游客满意度的高低直接影响街区未来的发展。因此，街区游客满意度也成为了大多学者研究的焦点问题。本文选取新兴的五店市传统街区，通过问卷调查，并且采用IPA分析手段，研究结果表明：大多数游客对街区表示基本满意，不满意的因素主要是街区的宣传方面、餐饮价格、基础公共设施、旅游咨询及旅游体验。只有解决这几个方面的问题，才能更好的提升街区游客满意度，从而促进五店市传统街区旅游业的可持续发展。69034

Study on Tourist Satisfaction Measurement in Wudianshi Traditional District of Jinjiang
Abstract
The level of the tourist satisfaction is directly affect the development of the district in the future.Accordingly,tourist satisfaction of the district has become the focus problem of many scholar research.This paper selected the wudianshi traditional district,through on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire survey,and make use IPA analysis method to find the exist problems and the corresponding countermeasures are formulated.The study showed that:most tourist were basically content with the district,but the dissatisfied factor were about things such as publicize the products,food price,public facilities,travel consultation and tourism experience.Only solving these questions can tourist satisfaction of district get better promotions.Sequentially,promoting the wudianshi traditional district development.

一 引言
游客满意度是旅游者对于旅游目的地的期望与其在旅游目的地游览后的体验进行比较后，而产生的一种心理状态[1]。随着人们生活水平和受教育程度的提高，他们对传统街区的旅游质量要求也会越来越高。因此，街区要持续发展，就必须不断提升游客对街区的满意程度，保持游客较高的满意度有利于提高游客的重游几率，并且成为街区的“宣传者”。
通过搜集相关文献发现，近年来，越来越多的学者加入到了研究各方面满意度的队伍中，有旅游目的地游客满意度、旅游购物满意度、餐饮服务满意度等方面，而对于传统街区方面的游客满意度研究相对来说比较少[2]。在研究满意度的方法上，主要有模糊综合评价法、IPA分析法、灰色关联分析法[3]，而IPA分析方法（Importance-Performance Analysis）的分析过程及结果较为简洁明了，容易理解，能够直观的看出各个方面的满意度和重要度。因而本文也将引入该方法对晋江五店市传统街区进行游客满意度研究，从而发现该街区存在的影响游客满意度的问题，并根据问题提出相应的提升改进策略。 晋江五店市传统街区游客满意度研究:http://www.751com.cn/fanwen/lunwen_77771.html
