摘要：中国正在步入“深度老龄化”社会，严峻的社会形势要求充分利用现有的资源发展居家养老服务体系，在社区医院的基础上，增加上门医疗和保健服务，或在原有基础上拓展业务范围，将部分居家养老服务项目纳入服务范围之中。此外，旧有的模式在资金支持、专业技巧、服务人员等方面难以满足现今日益发展的老龄化结构与老年人多元化需求。“居家养老为主，机构供养为辅”是我国养老保障服务的发展方向，为此要不断深化目前居家养老模式，为居家养老提供更多的资源，促进家政服务行业市场规范和队伍稳定，为居家养老提供有效保证。再辅之组织社区助老志愿者、老年生活护理护理等内容。本毕业论文主要以江西省上饶市L小区为例研究新模式在居家养老中的运用并针对新模式在社区进展过程中出现的问题，提出相关跟进建议让老年人更积极地融入社区。19516
