摘要：随着经济的发展，人们生育观念的转变，人口老龄化已经成为了一个世界性的难题。我国从1999年开始正式进入老龄化社会，伴随着人口基数巨大、老龄人口增加加快、未富先老等特点，人口老龄化已经成为我国的一个严重的社会问题。日本由于较早进入老龄化社会，它所制定的养老保险制度与进行的改革都能为我国养老保险制度的改革提供很多参考。本毕业论文对比分析了老龄化背景下中日养老保险的概况，提出我国在养老保险制度改革中的一些方案：提高退休年龄、取消双规制、放弃做实个人账户、提高基金收益、增加护理制度。20337

Under the background of aging, The research of China and Japanese Pension Insurance System
Abstract：With the economic development, people's concept of fertility was changed.Population aging has become a worldwide problem.From the beginning of 1999,China entered the aging society. With a huge population base, accelerate the aging population increases, old before getting rich and so on, population aging has become a serious social problem in our country. Japan, due to the earlier entered the aging society，reform of the pension system and carried it to develop can provide a lot of reference to the reform of the pension insurance system. In this paper, a comparative analysis of pension insurance under the background of aging overview China and Japan, proposed some scheme of pension reform：raising the retirement age, to cancel two-track system, give up personal accounts, raise funds revenue and increase care system.
