所谓“互联网 +”是指互联网与经济社会各领域深度融合,形成以互联网为基础设施和创新要素的经济社会发展新形态。本文从“互联网 +”影响传统产业的基本规律出发,基于人力资源服务业的自身特点,分析了我国人力资源服务业发展存在的“痛点”,进而阐述了“互联网 +”推动我国人力资源服务业变革和创新的趋势。
本论文采用了理论分析与实际研究相结合,以点米科技为范例,详细阐述了点米科技在互联网转型路上所遇到的机遇与挑战。
