摘要: 中国是世界上老年人口最多、增长速较快的国家，快速增长的老龄人口使得社会的养老问题更加突出。日趋严重的农村老龄化问题，必将对农村老年人口养老问题提出严峻挑战。我国城乡二元结构特征明显，城乡发展差距大，绝大部分农村地区尚未建立完善的社会养老保险制度。本文首先提出了我国农村人口老龄化养老问题面临的挑战，然后着重指出当前农村养老状况及存在的一些问题，主要表现在其对家庭养老的冲击以及农村社会养老保险制度尚不够完善，并据此提出一系列的建议，为更好地解决农村养老问题提供一些思考。20922

On the Study of Rural social Pension Insurance System
under the Background of Population Aging
Abstract：China has the largest number of elderly population, and its growth speed is quickly.Moreover, the rapid growth of the aging population makes the old-age social problem more outstanding. The rural aging problem is becoming more and more serious, will challenge to rural problems of elderly population. With the characteristics of two structure in urban and rural areas of our country, the gap between urban and rural development, the vast majority of rural areas have not yet established the social endowment insurance system. This paper firstly put forward the rural aging population of our country endowment challenge, then emphatically pointed out that the current rural pension situation and some problems, mainly reflected in its impact on the family pension and social endowment insurance system in rural areas is still not perfect, and puts forward a series of proposals, in order to better solve the problem of rural old-age provide some thoughts.
