摘要：社区是城市社会组织和居民生活的基本。在我国社区规划虽然也提上了日程，但是并没有实践过，而且规划界对其也研究不多，尤其是对其中的重点：社区的公共服务设施的研究更少。而目前，城市居住区规划所依据的“设计规范”等相关法规，已经严重滞后于城市居住空间发展的需求。
本论文首先从社区的用地现状着手，通过城市社区功能类型的划分方法将居住社区界定出来，然后总体上从公共服务设施用地构成等方面对现状居住社区进行比较研究，综合分析出社区公建配套设施的发展趋势，并在此基础上，对各个城市居住区公共服务设施进行详细分析，基于不同社区属性、社区居民的需求变化和需求发展趋势探讨了居住社区公共服务设施配置原则：符合国家标准原则、合理性原则、满足居民需求原则以及可持续发展原则。对目前我国城市居住社区公共服务设施规划及建设中存在的问题，以居民需求为导向，结合各种相关因素，提出了优化居住社区公建配套项目的建议。21263

Residential community public service facilities configuration principle
Abstract:
The community is the basic of the city society organization and the resident live．Although in our country community planning is up to date, it had no practice，and scholars study not much．particularly the research of the public service facilities，But currently，the facilities according to the related lawsis already serious unsuited the need of city space development．
First this paper basing the present condition of the actuality community and the city community function type of demarcation method。Then according to the constitutes and theproportions of the ground in these lived communities, analyses the tentative plan ofthe public service facilities, synthesize to analyze thedevelopment for the community facilities trend, and puts forward the suggestion tooptimize the public service facilities. This paper examines the formulation route，classification of facilities，planning indicator adjustment，and evolution of planning standards for public facilities in urban residential areas．Based on the attributes of community, change of residents requirements and trends of requirements，it argues that the principles of setting planning standards for public facilities in urban residential areas should be applicability, dynamicity and flexibility．The problems in the community public service facilities planning and construction in present China are analyzed．Combined the residents demand，with other relevant factors．the strategies for its improvement and management are discussed，and the effective and feasible planning are proposed．
