摘要:如今白领已经成为企业的中流砥柱,在企业中越来越被人们所关注和重视。然而企业如今面临的问题也已经从技术层面发展为如何提升企业运作来更好地管理和运用人才。而在我国大多数的企业也已经正视到了这方面的问题和地位,通过高昂的工资价目表来吸引白领人才的加入,并且加大人力资源管理的投入,力求给白领员工创造一个良性的工作环境,让他们发挥最佳的效能。但是从各种报道中也可以看出,我国很多的企业并没有很好的做到这一步,缺乏的是在注重顾客需求的想外理念下并没有能准确把握企业内部白领员工的真正需求,这样企业在认为完成内部需求的表面现象下其实并没有很好满足企业白领的工作需求,在这样的恶性循环下,就会导致企业白领人员流失,甚至也会有跳槽等这样为他人做嫁衣的不利现象
本论文研究的目的便是通过调查探索和以社会工作介入为理论基础来对这个企业社会问题进行研究,找出解决以上问题的最佳途径。22320

The Research Of The Demand For White-collar Workers And Social Work Intervention
Abstract: White-collar worker is the foundation from which an intermediate layer of an enterprise develops, and the important status in the enterprise was admitted by people gradually. But the huge challenge the enterprise how does which human manage and come competitive power of an enterprise rather highly faces. It's led to get off at an idea of " people oriented " 's management, the enterprise has already understood the important effect of the employee and the huge value of the white-collar worker .So, use high salary and high welfare to attractive good person, increase training price, increase encourage measure to get better efficiency. But, The actual effect is good and far relatively with the difference in the expectation value. The reason is that the enterprise can't know what the white-collar needs, then white-collar's need can't be feed. everyone knows that the enterprise analyses customers' desire carefully then it will continue developing. But most enterprises pay attention to customer and ignore white-collar's need .It will make white-collar's loyalty and satisfaction lower. And white-collar will leave.
This paper want to find the solution by using investigation and Social volunteer activities intervene.
