摘要：    如何面对迅猛而来的养老问题已成为全社会共同关注的焦点，为此出现了许多养老服务机构，如养老院，老年服务组织等，我在这里所要研究的是地缘性老年服务组织---G社区老年协会，该机构在开办之初发展的十分迅速，但随着深入的发展，该机构却遇上了发展瓶颈，鉴于此，为了探索研究地缘型组织的发展，本文通过理论研究，案例分析，访谈等方法来研究：1）老年协会所开展的老年服务项目有哪些;2）老年协会在发展中遇到的具体困难，并寻找其解决对策。改变G社区老年协会的现状，要勇于通过改变思路，多渠道筹集资金做出改革，创新来适应新的环境，开展一些具有增能性，针对性的服务，并且打造一条服务产业链。23279

To explore the development of geo elderly service organization

Abstract: How to face the rapid and pension problem has become the focus of common concern of the whole society, therefore there are many pension services, such as nursing homes, the elderly service organization, but here is the study of the regional organization of aged service ---G Community Association of the elderly, the agency in its early development is very rapid, but with the in-depth development, the agency has met the bottleneck of the development, in view of this, in order to explore the development of regional organization, through theoretical research, case studies, interviews and other methods to study: 1) what are the elderly association of elderly services; 2) the difficulties encountered in the development of elderly association, and to find out the solutions. To change the status quo of G community elderly association, have the courage to changing ideas, more channels to raise funds to reform, innovation to adapt to the new environment, to carry out some of the empowerment, targeted services, and to create a service industry chain.

（一）研究背景
第37届联合国大会通过的《老龄问题文也纳国际行动计划》明确指出：“社会服务应以社区为万方数据基础，并为老年人提供范围广泛的预防性、补救性和发展方面的服务，以便使老人能够在自己家里和他们的社区里尽可能过独立生活，继续成为参加经济活动的有用公民。同时应努力发展家庭照料，提供必要的优质保健和社会服务，以便使老年人能够留在他们各自所在社区中，尽可能长久地独立生活。”这是倡导社区居家养老，让老年人能在自己家中接受亲属和社区的照料服务，切实提高老年人晚年生活质量和生命质量的一个非常必要的举措。 地缘型老年服务组织的发展探索:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_16272.html
