摘要随着社会经济的不断发展，非营利组织也以飞快的速度发展壮大，填补了市场和政府中间的空白之处，并为一些社会问题分担责任，在国家、资源、人口、环境等问题中发挥着重要的作用。 因此，非营利组织在国家建设与社会管理中重要性日益增大。在非营利组织的发展中也面临着许多挑战，比如组织使命的定位、资源的管理，社会接受度等。由于非营利组织不以营利为目的，如何提升非营利组织的绩效便成为了管理者的一个重大问题。本文以实地考察为基础，对海口地区的非营利组织绩效管理问题进行了探索，同时对国内外相关文献进行归纳和对比分析，对海口地区以及国内的非营利组织的绩效管理问题做出了总结。在个人认知的基础上，提出几点建议，仅供参考。24161

Title performance management of non-profit organization in Haikou area : problems and strategy analysis
Abstract
as the ceaseless development of social economy, non-profit organisations, which fill the gap between government control and market-oriented economy, are also in rapid development. Furthermore, they are responsible for some social problems and play a central role in some social issues, such as population, resources and environment. Therefore, the organisations are becoming increasingly important in national construction and social management. However, with the development, non-profit organisations face many challenges, such as setting up the organisational mission, resources management and social acceptability. Moreover, because these organisations do not aim to make profit, how to enhance their performance becomes a big problem for the managers. Based on the on-the-spot investigation, this article will explores the problem of performance management of non-profit organisations in Haikou area, but also conclude and contrastively analyse the domestic and foreign relevant literatures. Also the article will summarise the domestic current situation of non-profit organisations' performance management. Finally, based on the inpidual cognition, it will put forward some suggestions just for reference only.
