摘 要近年来，因我国综合国力的提升和体育赛事自身的要求，政府为各个大中型城市修建了许多大型的体育场馆，为举办大型体育赛事提供了有利的条件。但其中存在的弊端是，大型体育场馆本身的建设周期较长，后期保养和文修费用较高，体育比赛之后的运营与管理的成本较大，导致国内诸多大型体育场馆在运营和管理方面都呈现出捉襟见肘的态势。
本文将以江苏省的大型体育场馆于现阶段的运营和管理的基本现状为切入口，重点探究其在运营和管理方面存在的问题，而后通过问题的提出来寻找原因，继而明确提出江苏省乃至国内大型体育场馆运营和管理的具体对策与建议。28940
本文重点采取的研究方法有：文献参考法，访谈法，逻辑推理法。旨在通过理论联系实际的方法探究出适宜现阶段江苏省大型体育场馆运营与管理的主要措施。

Abstract

Large sports venues will be in jiangsu province in this paper in the present stage of the operation and management of the basic situation of introduction, the author discussed the problems existing in the operation and management, and then through the out looking for cause of the problem, and then specifically in jiangsu province and even the domestic stadium operation and management of specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
This paper adopted the research methods are: literature reference method, interview method, the method of logical reasoning. Through the method of theory with practice to explore a suitable for the present stage of jiangsu province stadium operation and management of the main measures.
1引言
进入21世纪之后，我国的经济在飞速发展的同时取得了卓越的成效。与之相伴的是各项大型体育赛事也渐渐“落户”到国内的各个中小城市，继而因举办大型体育赛事的大型体育场馆也如雨后春笋般的在国内的各个大中型城市落成。就目前为止，江苏省共有一百多个体育场馆，其中大型体育场馆约占总数的10%，合计接待量可达100万人以上。但就体育场馆本身的投资建设以及运营管理来看，其中潜在和显见的问题还是很多的。某种意义上说，体育场馆在运营和管理方面的优劣影响了场馆本身能否得到可持续性的发展，也牵扯到政府的经济压力和普通市民的实际利益。
2相关概念界定
2.1大型体育场馆
体育场馆是一种进行进行体育运动的场所，一般来说，它分为室内和室外两种，室内的通常被称为体育馆，如篮球馆、羽毛球馆等；室外的则被叫做体育场，如田径场、足球场等。对于大型体育场馆的定义来说，鉴于其会受到经济发展、体育赛事举办等主客观因素的影响，无法在下定义时采取统一的标准，而目前国内外的学者对其的定义还不十分清晰，大多数人都通过体育场馆的规模来界定其应该归属于哪种类型。
笔者认为，对大型场馆定义的界定需要符合几个基本的标准，依据国际上的若干规定和相关学者的研究，本论文对大型场馆定义的界定为：投资金额和规模较大，具备国际上规定的可举办大型体育赛事的基础性设施，体育场的座位数在20000以上，体育馆的座位数在5000以上的体育场馆可被认定为大型体育场馆。除此之外，大型体育场馆需要具备安保、医疗和固定的经营与管理人员，其经营主体是体育业，其他行业类型则可以作为辅助而存在。 江苏省大型体育场馆运营与管理体制研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_23983.html
