和睦国家森林公园生态旅游研究

摘要作为一种公共性资源，森林公园是一种公共物品，在一定地理范围内具有共享性与排他性。因此对于国家森林公园的生态旅游开发、建设和文护等职责需要由政府代表社会所有成员来履行。从公共性视域来探讨森林公园生态旅游开发的问题，在我国许多生态旅游资源的开发过程中却忽视了其公共物品的属性要求，造成了资源的破坏以及各方利益的失衡。国家森林公园是以较小的面积来合理开发更大范围的有效保护，并且高度重视社区利益。当前我国国家森林公园的生态旅游开发过程中，政府的职责履行存在一定的问题，本文将针对这些问题展开分析，并提出具体的对策，希望有利于森林公园生态旅游的可持续发展。28941

Title Ecological Tourism Exploitation of Forest Park Public Horizon- To live in National Forest Park
Abstract
As a public resource, Forest Park is a public good, in a certain geographic range and have shared exclusivity. So for eco-tourism development, construction and maintenance responsibilities of the National Forest by the government needs to fulfill on behalf of all members of society. Horizon from the public to explore Forest Park development problems in the development of eco-tourism resources in many but ignored the property requires its public goods, causing damage and imbalances of resources interests of all parties. National Forest Park is a smaller area to the rational development of a wider range of effective protection, and attaches great importance to community interests. The current development of eco-tourism National Forest Park, the duty of the government to fulfill some problems, this article will expand analysis of these issues and propose specific measures in favor of hope Forest Park sustainable development.
