摘要：随着高等教育扩招，大学生人数近年来快速增长，毕业生在劳动力市场上面临的就业压力有所增加。同时，随着市场化改革的不断深入，中国大学生就业制度也由“统一分配”转向“自主择业、双向选择”的市场化道路，大学毕业生薪资主要由市场中劳资双方自主确定。研究大学生期望薪酬和就业预期，对政府出台相关工资调整政策和就业促进政策有重要的借鉴意义。本文通过对在校大学生期望薪酬的调查，科学评估影响大学生期望薪酬的主要因素，并从政府和高校促进毕业生就业的角度提出相应的政策建议。30663

An Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors on Students Salary Expectation:Based on Investigation of College Students in Nanjing Agricultural University
Abstract:With the expansion of higher education, the number of college graduates grow rapidly in recent years. The employment pressure that college students should face has increased. With the deepening of market-oriented reform, the employment system of college students has changed. Salary of university graduates determine mainly by the market in both sides of labour and capital. The research on College Students' salary expectation is very important for the government to introduce the relevant salary adjustment policies, as well as the determination of the wage level of enterprises. Based on the survey results of Nanjing Agricultural University, this paper studies the expected salary of college students.
