摘要目的：探讨大学生宿舍人际关系与自我和谐的相关性。方法：采取问卷调查法对江苏师范大学在校大学生进行调查研究。结论：（1）大学生宿舍人际关系处于中等及以上水平（M=62.92±10.84），有两极分化趋向。男女大学生在宿舍人际关系总分、人际群体认知、人际沟通、人际扰他行为方面存在差异（p＜0.05），男生得分均高于女生。男女生在个性特征方面的差异不显著（p＞0.05）。（2）大学生自我和谐总体处于高水平（M=111.02＞103），男女大学生群体在自我和谐方面存在差异（p＜0.05）。（3）大学生宿舍人际关系与自我和谐显著正相关（p＜0.001）。（4）大学生宿舍人际关系总分对自我和谐具有预测力，R²=0.506。结论：大学生宿舍人际关系总分可以直接预测自我和谐。43416

The connection between college student’ dormitory interpersonal relationship and self consistency
Abstract
Objective: To study the connection between College Students' dormitory interpersonal relationship and self consistency. Explore the prediction of self consistency and different aspects in dormitory interpersonal relationship. Methods: Use the Questionnaire to discuss the students in Jiangsu Normal University. Result: (1) The college students dormitory interpersonal relationship stands on a medium or above level (M=62.92 + 10.84), showing a trend of polarization. There have differences between Male and female college students in the total score of dormitory interpersonal relationship, interpersonal group cognition, interpersonal communication, interpersonal disturbance (p < 0.05), and boys scored higher than girls. In terms of personality, there has little differents between male college students and female college students (p > 0.05). (2) Most of the college students' self consistency are at a high level (M=111.02 > 103), and there is a difference between male and female college students in self harmony (p < 0.05). (3) The interpersonal relationship and self consistency and congruence of college students are significantly positively correlated (p < 0.001). (4) The total score of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship has predictive power to self consistency (R²=0.506). Conclusion: the total score of college students dormitory interpersonal relationship can directly predict the self consistency.
