摘   要招标制度是我国规范市场经济并且完善化的重要举措，是计划经济向市场经济的重要转变，对控制项目成本、合理有效的招标有着重要意义。在测量招标中影响招标的因素有公司资质、施工的周期快慢、公司对工程报价这些好对比的因素，通过对一些复杂因素进行权的综合比较方法，但是以前的招标评定方法看带问题比较片面，有些只可以做定性的分析不能全面的分析问题，所以在面对当今社会的发展趋势时很难实际运用。31580
