摘要:涂装技术是一门综合性的、多学科的应用技术。自从人类发明了涂料, 涂装工艺也就随之产生。涂装工艺是随着涂料应用范围的扩大而发展的。涂料是涂装生产涉及的主要物料, 包括涂料在内的涂装原辅材料, 多数存在燃烧、爆炸和毒性等理化特性,有些物料在作业过程中还有粉尘影响。因此, 涂装作业现场必然成为作业危险性较大的生产场所。本论文将主要讲述“船舶涂装工程”,“船舶涂装工程”是指将船舶涂料涂装到船舶钢材表面和涂装前的表面处理的整个工艺方法与过程以及与此相关的技术上、管理上的全部活动。目前,国内船舶涂装技术、工艺和设备与当今世界先进水平相比还有一定的差距,涂装作业现场还存在很多不安全因素。学习将船舶涂装工程中的安全事故控制在最小程度,对于确保涂装操作人员的安全,确保国家财产不受或少受损失,建立一个健康和谐的作业环境具有较强的实际价值。5668
