摘要在项目运作的过程中,资源受限项目调度问题这一很常见的生产调度问题,属于项目管理的过程中最为经典和核心的问题。然而,经典的资源受限项目调度问题主要针对单目标进行优化,而在实际的项目中,项目调度问题往往需要综合考虑多个约束条件,诸如不确定性,多层规划等情况。相对应的,多层规划则主要是为了解决分层决策问题,也就是在一个决策系统中有若干个决策者,同时这些决策者在自己的层次中有自己的约束、目标和决策变量。本文的研究对象是不确定多层资源受限项目的调度优化问题,对于这一问题,本文将研究确立不确定环境下多层资源受限问题的模型、算法及简单应用,并使用遗传算法对此模型进行求解,以实现通过调度资源的方式,达到项目调度以及项目目标最大化的目的,以此来为更方便地解决此列问题提供一些思路。31897

Title :Optimization of uncertain multi-resource-constrained project scheduling problem
Abstract
In the course of the project, resource-constrained project scheduling problems as the most common problem of production scheduling, is one of the most classic and core issues in project management. However, the classic resource-constrained project scheduling problem mainly for single-objective optimization, and in the actual project, project scheduling problems often needs to consider multiple constraints, such as uncertainty, multilayered planning and so on. Multilevel programming mainly to solve the problem of decentralization of decision-making, that there are more decisions makers in a system, and these policy makers have their own hierarchy constraints, goals and decision variables. Object of this study is uncertain multi-resource constrained project scheduling problems, for this problem, this article will examine the establishment of models, algorithms and simple application multi-resource-constrained problem uncertain environment, and use the genetic algorithm for solving this model in order to achieve the way by scheduling resources, to achieve the purpose of project scheduling and project objectives of maximize, in order to serve more a better solution to this column provide some ideas.
