[摘要]：城镇化是人类社会发展的必然趋势，城镇化水平是衡量一个地区社会经济发展水平的重要标志。近年来，伴随着新型工业化、信息化和农业现代化的深入发展，我国城镇化取得了快速发展，但同时也暴露出许多突出问题。本文以江苏省连云港市为例，从新型城镇化的概念出发，分析我国沿海欠发达地区新型城镇化发展所面临的突出问题，探讨所应实施的发展战略，并从宏观与微观结合角度提出其对策建议。研究发现，推进连云港市新型城镇化健康发展应当坚持城镇化与工业化同步发展，转变城镇发展理念，建立新型城乡关系，促进城乡一体化发展；同时，应当大力发展现代农业和优化城乡经济布局，建立新型工农关系，完善城乡基础设施建设，全面提升新型城镇化质量与水平。32300
