摘要随着科技飞快的进步和社会生产力极大的提高,我国的经济取得了举世瞩目的成就,但环境问题也因此变得非常棘手。虽然政府制订了环境法律法规体制并不断进行完善,使环境保护有了一定的起色,但企业不履行对环境保护义务的状况仍旧没有改变。在此背景下,本文基于全国较大范围内的普遍现象的研究下，总结出工业企业产生的污染物对人类的危害，给环境保护工作带来的困扰以及政府在治理污染政策上存在的不足。具体以徐州市为例，分析研究徐州市政府对工业企业污染采取的监管措施，以及在政府监管之下工业企业仍然存在的污染问题，分析造成这些问题的原因，通过国内外政策的对比，找出我国政府监管方面存在的不足之处，并借鉴国外比较好的经验，对徐州市工业企业污染治理中存在的问题，提出相应的对策和建议。33706
