摘要：2001年中国加入世界贸易组织后，经济全球化、一体化的发展开始加剧，全国货物的流动范围开始扩大，使得物流行业得到了快速发展。天地华宇作为物流界的先驱，一方面跟随着物流的发展而快速进步，另一方面因为更多物流公司的崛起而面对激烈的竞争压力。物流公司的如果想使配送高效的运营下去，就必须合理的安排配送路线等一系列问题。同样的，华宇若想在竞争激烈的物流行业中变更有实力、更具竞争力，也要及时发现自身配送方面存在的问题，并且要不断地在先机中完善企业运营模式。32718
本论文就是对华宇公司的物流配送作业、物流配送路线进行研究，找出运营中的不足并提出优化方案。
论文先是对对华宇公司的背景进行了分析，然后对华宇公司现在的物流配送作业等一系列模式的现状进行研究分析，得出结论，结合理论提出改进方法。

The efficient operation scheme for the distribution of Tidi Huayu company
Abstract: After China's accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001, the development of economic globalization and integration began to accelerate, the range of goods flow began to expand, the logistics industry has been in a rapid development. Tidi Huayu as a pioneer logistics industry, on the one hand, is a rapid progress with the logistics company,.On the other hand because of the rise of many logistics companise it faces intense competitive pressures. If a company want to make the logistics company's distribution operation more efficient, a series of problems must be reasonably addressed for delivery routes . Similarly, if Huayu want to be more stronger more competition in the logistics industry, it should identify the problems existed in its distribution operations, and keep the initiative in the improvement of enterprise operation mode.
This thesis is to Huayu company logistics operations, logistics distribution routing research and to identify operational problems and put forward optimization scheme.
This paper firstly to analyzes the background of Huayu company then logistics, such as the status of model to carry on the research analysis.Finally,we draw the conclusion, and put forward the improvement methods based on the theory.
