摘要近年来，农村社会经济的发展使得农村群众对文化服务提出了更高的要求。但当前的农村公共文化服务体系建设却远远落后于经济的发展。针对这一情况，在十八届三中全会后，党和国家把农村公共文化服务体系建设提到了新的高度，要建设现代农村公共文化服务体系。本文运用文献分析和数据分析等方法，在充分认识现代农村公共文化服务内涵的基础上，结合实际，分析我国农村公共文化服务体系的现状，同时分析了我国农村现代公共文化服务体系当前面临的现实困境与原因。通过借鉴国外经验，最后从政府，社会和农村及农民三个层面提出了对策和建议。33709

Abstract
Rural public cultural service system is an important part of building a new socialist countryside. With the development of the rural economy, the cultural needs of the rural masses is increasing, bu currently the serving of the rural public culture is relatively backward. 1.1 研究背景及意义
