摘 要伊宁市是新疆文吾尔自治区重要的绿洲经济社会发展区之一，其土地利用具有典型性。论文综合分析伊宁市土地利用现状，认为当前伊宁市土地利用特征主要有：以牧草地为主，建设用地增加快，生态用地比较稳定。土地利用存在的问题：土地集约利用水平较低，资源环境容量趋向饱和，建设用地供需矛盾逐渐显现。优化土地利用的对策建议有：提高农用地和建设用地集约利用水平，保持生态用地稳定，加强生态环境建设等。33854

伊宁市土地利用特征、问题及对策
1研究区域概况伊宁市地处新疆伊犁河谷盆地中央。地理坐标为北纬43°50′～44°09′、东经80°04′～29′之间。东邻伊宁县，西连霍城县。南与察布查尔县隔伊犁河相望，北靠天山山脉。为伊犁河谷重要的工业中心和物资集散地、国家历史文化名城。土地总面积755平方公里，辖8乡、一镇、二场、8个街道办事处。2014年常住人口534349人，农业人口占36.8%，有文吾尔族、哈萨克族、回族、蒙古族、锡伯族、乌兹别克族、俄罗斯族等36个少数民族[1]。
该市属北温带大陆性气候，日照充足，四季分明，年均降水量245.1毫米，无霜期190天，年均气温10.5℃，7月最热年均22.8℃，1月最冷年均12℃，年均日照3080.8h，发展特色农业的水土光热资源优势突出[1]。
