摘要：现如今，我国已经逐渐步入了重要的社会转型时期，文持社会的稳定和公正，促进经济社会的可持续发展已经成为社会普遍关注的问题。中国自古就是一个以农业为主的大国，农民是我国的主要成员，解决好农村居民的养老问题对于建设社会主义新型农村具有非常重要的意义。正因如此，我国农村社会养老保险制度的建立与改革受到了社会各界人士的广泛关注。随着市场经济的不断改革推进和城市化进程的不断深入，农村地区的养老模式受到了严峻的考验，传统的家庭养老受到了极大的冲击。再加上我国大部分地区都存在着城乡发展不平衡的问题，城市居民的社会保障自然就优于农村居民。然而，农村人口老龄化问题也伴随着计划生育政策的实施愈演愈烈。这一系列问题都迫切的需要一种新的养老方式来缓解甚至解决农村人口的养老问题，即农村社会养老保险制度。农村地区普遍尚未达到小康社会，建立一套完整的规范的农村社会养老保险制度有利于缓解农村贫困，甚至于消除农村贫困，使农村居民生活达到小康水平。34123
本文运用比较分析法、举例分析法以及理论与实践相结合的研究方法对我国农村社会养老保障制度的相关问题进行了深入的探讨。首先，主要对于国内学者专家们关于我国农村社会养老保险制度这一方面提出的相关观点进行简单明了的阐述。其次，对我国农村现有的养老形式进行了一些列的阐述，并且进行分析。然后，简明扼要的对我国农村社会养老保险制度的现状进行了描述介绍。再次，透彻的分析了我国农村社会养老保险制度中所存在的一些突出问题，并剖析其中的各方面原因。最后，针对我国现阶段农村养老保险制度存在的问题，并提出了一系列的完善措施和建议。
