摘要 ：城市化的发展带来了城市人口的急剧膨胀、城镇土地的快速扩张和经济的飞速发展，同时产生的一系列的城市环境问题，给生态环境造成了巨大的压力。江苏省作为我国的经济大省，城市化率高于全国水平，随之而来的生态环境问题也不容小视。本文根据苏南、苏中、苏北空间分布选取江苏省的四个具有代表性的城市：南京、苏州、泰州、徐州为研究区域，采用生态环境质量综合指数、层次分析法，建立生态环境质量评价指标体系，对2008-2013年江苏省四个地级市的生态环境质量时空差异进行评价。结果表明：江苏省城市生态环境质量总体上逐步改善。（1）苏州市的综合生态环境质量指数最高，南京市次之，徐州市和泰州市最低。（2）随着时间的推移，苏州市和南京市的城市综合生态环境质量综合指数增长，徐州市的综合生态环境质量指数在2008-2011年上升，2011-2013年下降，整体处于上升趋势；泰州市的综合生态环境质量指数在2008-2011年下降，2011-2013年上升，总体处于上升趋势。从江苏省城市生态环境质量的变化可知，环境质量开始会随着经济的快速发展而恶化，之后又会因经济发展水平的提高而得到改善，由此提出一些改善城市生态环境质量的建议。34686

Temporal and Spatial differences on Eco- environmental Quality of City in Jiangsu Province
Abstract:Urbanization has brought rapid expansion of the urban population, the rapid expansion of urban land and rapid economic development, and produced a series of urban environmental issues, the ecological environment has caused tremendous pressure.As China's Jiangsu province economy, the urbanization rate is higher than the national average, followed by urban environmental problems can not be overlooked. In this paper, four representative cities, locating in south, middle and north of Jiangsu province, respectively, were selected as the research areas. Nanjing,Suzhou, Taizhou, Xuzhou. The ecological environment quality evaluation system was established using the method of ecological environment quality index, the level of analysis, AHP, for 2008--2013 temporal difference of ecological environment quality in four prefecture-level city in Jiangsu province were evaluated. The results showed that:City ecological environmental quality of Jiangsu Province overall gradual improves. (1) Compared the overall index of ecological environment quality of the four cities, Suzhou was the highest, Nanjing second,then Xuzhou followed, while Taizhou was the lowest. (2) Over time, Suzhou City and Nanjing integrated urban ecological environmental quality index growth, Xuzhou overall ecological environment quality index in 2008 - rose in 2011, 2011 --2013 declined, the overall upward trend; Taizhou integrated ecological environmental quality in the city of 2008 - 2011 was down in 2011 - The 2013 rise, the overall upward trend. From changes in the urban ecological environment quality in Jiangsu Province, environmental quality will begin to deteriorate as the economy develops and, after due to increased levels of economic development and improved, thus some suggestions to improve the environmental quality of urban ecology.
