然而，在21世纪以来，房价的加速直线上升与我国居民人均收入增长缓慢之间的矛盾也日益尖锐。因此，住房问题成为困扰社会和谐稳定发展和实现民族复兴的最大问题之一。所以，尤其是在我国这样的法制国家中住房制度成为解决我国城镇中低收入群体住房困难问题的重要制度之一。本文从商品房、经济适用房、公共租赁房、廉租房等各种制度中存在的关于法律、保障、金融等各个邻域对我国住房制度进行分析、探索和建议，以便保证我国住房制度在符合法律法规的情况下解决更多居民的住房问题。35727
