内容摘要 我们此次的毕设主要是为桑罗塑造品牌形象和进行苏南地区的推广而做的营销传播策划案。 通过一手、二手资料收集,我们发现女性内衣市场近年来发展迅猛,中高档女性内衣消费市场逐渐成熟,中高端内衣市场有很大的消费潜力。桑罗作为一个真丝女性内衣品牌,既具有舒适的特点,又具有法式浪漫的特点。消费者的分析中我们了解到,消费者对女性内衣的消费心理和行为特征。竞争者分析中,我们了解了竞争者的状况。通过SWOT分析,为后续的制定策略打下了坚实的基础。 根据之前的分析,我们认为桑罗自身定位比较精准,而品牌形象过于模糊,无法被消费者很好地识别。因此,在此基础上,我们对其进行了品牌形象定位,贴心浪漫性感的 S-lady形象并且通过营销诊断,为其制定了品牌发展目标和营销策略。 在传播策略方面,我们以“法式浪漫”为传播主题,分阶段进行了一系列的传播活动。在创意设计部分,我们围绕主题进行了创意设计,包括:平面、软文等。在渠道方面,我们采用目标消费者品牌接触渠道较高的杂志和网络,同时配合线下的平面广告。 36349

Summary We have the complete design is mainly for Sang Luo shaping brand image and promotion of the southern region of the marketing communication plan. Through the collection of primary and secondary data, we found that in recent years women's underwear market developed so fast. The high-grade female underwear consumer market matures and has great potential of consumption. As a silk underwear brand Sang Luo, both with features of comfort and French romantic. With the analysis of consumers, we learned the consumers’ psychology and behavioral characteristics of women's underwear. We understand the situation of competitors with the competitors’ analysis. Through the analysis of SWOT , we develop strategies for follow-up laying a solid foundation. According to previous analysis, we believe that Sang Luo has its more accurate own position, but the image of brand is too vague to be well recognized. Therefore, on this basis, we carry the brand positioning with intimate, romantic and sexy characteristics for its development and marketing strategies. In the aspect of dissemination strategy, we have the theme of "French Romance" with a series of phases of activities. We focus on the creative design, including: flat, soft, broadcasting, etc. In the channel, we use a higher target consumer to expose the magazine and networks, in conjunction with print ads offline.
