摘要：在我国改革开放和市场经济变化的浪潮中，我国的国民经济的发展也越来越离不开家族企业提供的支撑，家族企业已经成为了我国企业的核心力量，在这样的形势下我国国民经济得到了发展，社会的就业也得以增加。中国的家族企业虽然在我国国民经济上产生了重要作用，并有着相当大的后劲，但是其本身发展存在的问题和局限，和我国经济体制中存在的问题，家族企业寿命短暂的现象尤为常见，而对比国外许多的家族企业，有些家族企业历经百年依然活跃在各行各业中。国内外家族企业发展最后的结局形成极大的反差，不得不引起我们的思考。我国的家族企业转型到现代公司，既是一种机遇又是一种挑战，只有在发展中不断向世界成功的家族企业和现代公司借鉴融合，逐渐是我国家族企业的治理模式实现科学化、民主化，提高自身竞争力参与到世界竞争的大潮之中，才能改善其治理问题，使家族企业向现代化企业迈出重要的一步。36851
    为我国企业在激烈的国际竞争中占据一席之地，提高我国企业的国际影响力，使其更好更科学的为我国国民经济做出更大的贡献，就必须解决好我国家族企业的治理制度的问题。

Abstract: Along with the development of reform and opening up , Family businesses have an important effect on China's economy development.China's national economy has been developed, the social employment has been increasing.China's family enterprises had an important role in the national economy,But its own development problems and limitations, and problems in China's economic system, family business life of transient phenomenon is especially common，but broad there are many family business over a century are still active in all walks of life.,We have to think about this contrast.Transformation of family enterprises in our country to the modern companies, is both an opportunity and a challenge.China needs to learn from the best family businesses in the world to improve the competitiveness of China's family enterprises.
