摘要本文主要阐述本人对我校学生组织官僚化的一些简单的记述和相关思考，从官僚化产生的原因、危害到解决办法都有一定阐述。我将全文共分为五个部分，其中第一部分是相关名词的解释，它包括：学生组织、官僚化和科层制。第二部分是我在相关写作之前对本文写作对象，也就是学院在校学生对“学生组织官僚化趋势”相关问题的调查问卷的分析，其中得出我校学生组织官僚化的具体表现有三点：1、学生组织在同学心中的存在感和透明度不足；2、组织成员工作功利化严重，同学满意度不高；3、学生干部“官员化”。在此基础上，我开始探索学生组织官僚化的原因，也就是本文第三部分，这其中我总结一下几点原因：官本位思想的根深蒂固，当前社会风气的辐射效应，以及学生组织的科层制安排。第四部分主要是学生组织官僚化的危害，我将它分为对学生本人的危害、对组织本身和学校的危害以及对社会的危害。第五部分是本论文的重点，主要是阐述本人对解决学生组织官僚化的一些想法，它包括加强学生组织结构科学化建设、加强学生组织的制度化建设和加强思想道德教育和民主文化建设三个部分。45854

Abstract
