摘要：本文内容包括研究的背景目的、研究的价值意义、建筑工地现场概况和隐患分析等。本文分析了国内外建筑施工行业安全管理现状，着重探究国际合作项目的安全管理模式。通过对比近几年建筑工地各种类型的安全事故发生的比例，找出近几年建筑工地事故的主要类型，分析各类型事故发生的原因。针对该国际合作建筑工地现场的实际情况，找出存在的可能导致安全事故的隐患，分析隐患产生的原因，根据隐患产生的原因，提出与该国际合作建筑工地相适应的安全管理模式，降低安全事故发生的概率，消除已分析查找出的安全隐患，避免安全事故的发生。最后根据该工程的实际情况制定适合工程相关各方的要求的行之有效的安全管理模式，对现场进行安全管理。37609

Abstract:This article content includes the background of the research purpose, research value, construction site profile and hazard analysis. This article analysis the current situation of safety management in the construction industry at home and abroad. It mainly explores the safety management mode of international cooperation projects. By comparing various types of construction site safety accidents in recent years, the proportion of the find out the main types of construction site accident in recent years, analyze the cause of all kinds of accidents. Aimed at the actual situation of the international cooperation in construction site, find out the existence may cause safety accident hidden danger, to analyze the causes of hidden trouble, according to the reasons of the hidden trouble, put forward to adapt themselves to the international cooperation in the construction site safety management mode, reduce the probability of safety accidents, eliminate has analysis to find out the security hidden danger, to prevent safety accidents.Finally according to the actual situation of the project, make suitable for the requirement of engineering involved the effective safety management mode, to conduct field safety management.

1绪论
1.1 课题研究的意义
“十一五”规划期间，我国取得了非凡的成就，无论是经济还是民生，社会的各个方面都取得了长足的发展，国家实施的“走出去”战略获得了极大的成功，很多的中国企业开始进入国际市场，开展劳务合作、对外投资和工程承包等业务，业务范围涵盖了全球180 多个国家和地区。“十一五”规划期间，我国对外投资年均增长率高达34.3%；对外承包工程营业额年均增长率高达32.5%，新签合同金额年均增长率为20%；对外劳务合作营业额年均增长率为13.6%，派出工种劳务人员数量年均增长率为9.1%。截至2010 年底我国累计实现直接对外投资3172 亿美元；累计完成对外承包工程营业额4356 亿美元，累计签订合同额6993 亿美元；累计完成对外劳务合作营业额736 亿美元，累计派出各类劳务人员543 万人[1]。经过有关各方的努力，我国对外投资合作行业发展规模不断壮大，已经成为我国国民经济重要的组成部分。现在我国正处于“十二五”规划期间，在“加快实施‘走出去’战略”的号召下，我国对外投资合作行业必将取得更大的成就。 燃煤热电联产发电国际合作建筑工地安全管理模式研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_36411.html
