摘  要：小微企业已经覆盖了我国经济的所有行业，是我国实现多元化实体经济的重要基础。而小微企业的从业人员占到我国企业全部从业人员的三分之一以上，因此作为推动我国多元化实体经济持续发展的主要动力，加强员工培训是目前我国小微企业面临的一项关键性工作。全文针对我国小微企业在员工培训体系中存在的目标不确定、需求分析不明确等问题，提出了确立培训目标，明确培训需求等方面的建议。并以Y公司为例，分析Y公司在员工培训中存在的一些现状和问题，提出具有针对性的改进建议。 38853

The Problems and Countermeasures of Small and micro businesses in staff training- In Y's case
    Abstract: Small and micro enterprises has covered all sectors of our economy, it is an important foundation to persify our real economy. The small micro-enterprise employees account for more than one third of all employees of the enterprise, and therefore as the main driving force to promote China's sustainable development of persified real economy, strengthen staff training is one of China's small and micro enterprises currently face critical the work. Uncertain of the full text of the target small businesses in employee training system in existence, needs analysis is not clear and other issues, proposed the establishment of training objectives, identifying training needs and other aspects of the proposal. And Y's case, analyzing the current situation and problems of some companies present in Y staff training proposes targeted recommendations for improvement.

前言
作为我国社会主义经济的重要组成部分，小微企业的发展越来越引人注目，其数量不断增长，质量也逐渐提升，已经成为了促进社会生产力发展的重要力量。但是，为了克服企业生存与发展过程中的障碍，适应市场经济的激烈竞争环境，小微企业文化如何提高员工水平，充分发挥员工潜能，如何使员工培训与企业可持续发展相适应成为当前面临的重要战略课题。
一、小微企业员工培训的理论概述
（一）小微企业的界定
小微企业包括小型企业，微型企业，家庭作坊式企业，个体商户等。根据企业营业收入、从业人数、资产总额等指标，并结合各行业的具体特点制定，具体的行业划分标准如下表所示：表1 小微企业划分标准
