上海普通大学生就业困境探析

摘要: 当今社会在经济、政治、文化等各方面的发展都及其迅猛，人才需求的急剧扩大也随着社会和时代的发展应运而生。但是随着时代的逐渐发展，人们却发现高校大学生人才不但没能很好的各就其位，甚至反而还面临着就业问题尴尬、难的困境。本文在其研究过程中，对115名上海高校应届毕业生开展了问卷调研。将所得数据和已有文献资料进行结合，通过分析和研究大学生就业现状，探析并总结出造成和影响大学生就业困境的主要原因。原因主要归结于以下三点：①大学生本身的硬性条件的缺失和就业心理的偏差；②不良的家庭关系和攀比嫉妒心理；③社会背景中的教育体制和企业用人规则的不完善以及社会舆论的错误导向。在此研究基础上，针对以上三个方面的原因提出了缓解和解决此问题的建议和方法。47137

The Difficulties of University Students' Employment

——The common colleges and universities graduates in Shanghai as an example

Abstract: In today's society, the development of economy, politics, culture and the other aspects are extremely rapidly. As the result, the severe surge of the talent demand appeared with the situation.However, in 2016, people find that the talents from the college students are not only failed to find their own, but also even faced with the embarrassment and the diffculties of problem of employment.In the process of the research in this paper, 115 graduates of colleges and universities in Shanghai has been invited to participate in a questionnaire survey. In combination with the obtained data and the the existing literature, the author find the reasons caused the situation through the analysis and research of employment status of college students that mainly concentrating on three points as the following:①The lack of the knowledge and skills conditions and the deviation of employment psychological of the college student himself ②the ill family relationships and the malignant comparison and the envy psychological in the famliy ③the faultiness of the education system and the the rules of employing in the enterprises in the social background, and the false guide from the public opinions.On the base of the above information, the autor find the suggestion and the way to ease and solute the problem, aiming at the three pionts of the reasons.
