摘要：为了研究乡村转型发展的状况，本文以江苏省阜宁县为研究对象，借助土地类型、耕地面积等数据的变化，利用erdas9.2、ArcGis9.3软件分析遥感图。利用统计分析进行研究分析阜宁县乡村转型。另外通过对比阜宁县益林镇和古河镇的部分指标，透过个例看整体。结果表明：阜宁县以农业用地为主，建筑用地次之。耕地保护力度需要进一步加强，土地利用结构需要改善，各个镇也要根据自身的情况找到合适转型模式。据分析和资料显示，阜宁县可以说拥有两个中心（阜城镇和益林镇），但除了这两个中心，其它镇发展状况大多比较落后。政府应加强对其它镇的支持，敦促其转型发展，从而达到整体结构最优化。40165

Study on the transformation of rural development
Abstract：In order to study the situation of the rural transformation development, with Funing of Jiangsu as the research object and the data of land type and cultivated land area as reference,we analyse remote sensing maps by using erdas9.2 and ArcGis9.3 software and rural transformation by statistical analysis.In addition,we study the whole area by comparing some indicators of  town of Yilin and Guhe.The results showed that: the land use of Funing is dominated by agricultural land and building land ranked the second. The protection of arable land needs to be further strengthened and the structure of land use needs to be improved.And each town should find a suitable transformation mode according to their own situation.According to the analysis and statistics, there are two center districts (town of Fucheng and Yilin) in Funing , but in addition to the two center towns,the development of other towns are relatively backward. The government should give more support to the other towns and advance the transformation and development of the other town,so as to achieve the optimization of the overall structure.

1引言
1.1研究背景和意义
    改革开放以来，我国经济步入快速发展阶段。城市化、工业化高速发展，但农业、农村、农民问题依然是国家发展之大端，并且在新时期表现出新的特征和意义。[1]进入 1990 年代中后期，全球化、市场化和分权化推动下，乡镇企业改制，外资大规模引进，改革开放的重点转向城市，资本空间化推动大量的空间生产，包括各种高科技园区、新城等，以“正规空间”蚕食乡村地区“非正规空间” [2]。城市化水平空前提高，而城市化水平与乡村转型密切相关。乡村转型就得统筹好城乡发展，涉及政治、经济、教育和社会等多方面的协调发展。
    乡村转型发展，即快速工业化和城镇化进程中城乡人口流动和经济社会发展要素重组与交互作用，并由当地参与者对这些作用与变化作出响应与调整而导致的农村地区社会经济形态和地域空间格局的重构，主要涉及村镇空间组织结构、农村产业发展模式、就业方式、消费结构、工农关系、城乡关系和城乡差别等方面的转变[3]。国内乡村转型成功的案例主要有苏南模式，但对于小城镇化浪潮和农村城镇化发展潜力不足的突出矛盾[4] ，已突出表现出来。阜宁县位于江苏北部，无典型案例可供参考，阜宁县城市化水平较低，经济较为落后，乡村要更好的发展就必须转型。本文通过对阜宁县土地利用变化及其它综合指标进行分析，为阜宁县的乡村转型发展提供一定的参考意见。 阜宁县乡村转型发展研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_38413.html
